“The Kee to Chocolate”

After years pursuing a successful job in finance, Kee Ling Tong decided to try her hand in the world of food.  She had very little experience when it came to cooking or baking but was lured by the freedom and creativity.  After studying baking, she realized that she found chocolates to be unique.


This documentary profiles Kee over the course of a few days in her tiny store in SoHo.  A true perfectionist, Kee insists on making her truffles fresh every day.  Watch as she takes us through the various steps of a perfect Crème Brûlée, a Thai Chili, or a Green Tea truffle.

Kristin Davis helped rescue an orphaned elephant while on safari in 2010.  It was taken to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Nairobi, Kenya.  This past spring Kristin returned to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see just how well Chaimu and the other orphaned elephants were doing.
